Where is Home Secure based?

We're based in Aintree, Liverpool, where we've been trading since 2013. Our trade counter at Unit 5, Brookfield Drive, L9 7AJ is open Monday to Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–4:30pm — and we deliver right across the UK.
How quickly will I get my order?

Order by 2pm Monday to Friday and your order is dispatched the same day. UK delivery costs £2.99 and typically takes 2 working days.
Can I get advice before I buy?

Absolutely — it's what we're known for. Call our specialists on 0151 521 8089 for technical advice on locks, handles and cylinders, or visit the trade counter in Aintree. If you're not sure what you need, bring in (or email us a photo of) your old part and we'll identify the right replacement.
What is your return policy?
