The Yale Smart Video Doorbell lets you see, hear and speak to anyone at your front door, whether you're upstairs, at work, or away on holiday. The moment someone presses the bell, you receive a “call” straight to your phone — answer it, talk to your visitor, and never miss a delivery or guest again.

With crisp Full HD video, a wide 154° field of view and 6m night vision, you get a clear picture of your doorstep around the clock, all viewable in the free Yale Home app.

Unlike many video doorbells, the Yale Smart Video Doorbell stores 2–4 days of footage on the device itself — no SD card and no monthly fee required. That's roughly 35 clips at 1080p or 75 at 720p. Prefer cloud backup and smarter alerts? An optional plan adds 30-day cloud storage and AI vehicle, pet and package detection, with a free one-month trial (then £3.50/month, cancel anytime).

Battery or wired — you choose.

Fit it your way. Run it on the built-in rechargeable battery (typically 4–6 months between charges) for a completely wire-free install, or hard-wire it to your existing doorbell wiring for constant power. An included mounting wedge lets you angle the doorbell for the perfect view of your step.

Smart alerts that only matter.

Built-in human detection AI tells the difference between a person and passing traffic, so you're not bombarded with false alerts. Set customisable detection zones to focus on your doorstep, use privacy zones to exclude the pavement or a neighbour's property, and schedule motion alerts to ignore routine comings and goings.

How much is delivery?

UK Mainland Delivery is £2.99 on all items no matter how many you order!

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands £6.00.

We do not offer International Delivery (Ireland, France, Spain etc).

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders before 3pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched same day but may take up to 24 hours.

When will I receive my item?

We ship on 2 working day courier. Fully Tracked. Tracking will be emailed on dispatch. 

Special order items such as keyed alike locks will take longer to dispatch. Please refer to product description for lead times. 

I haven't received my item?

Please email us your name, order number and date of purchase.

We prefer email as it allows us time to research and respond.

Returns Information

We operate a 30 day refunds and return policy. 

If you change your mind you must return the product back to us within 30 days of delivery

Please include a copy of your invoice and a note stating reason for return. 

Additional keys, locks keyed alike or built to code are non refundable as they are personalised made to order goods.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charges otherwise not. 

It is the buyers responsibility to arrange the return of goods to us. We do not offer a collection service for returning items. 

Items must be returned including original product packaging and accessories.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with this policy.
