The quick answer
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, usually leave us the same day on a fully tracked, 2 working day courier. Your tracking link is in the dispatch email we send when your parcel leaves.
1. Check your dispatch email
When your order leaves us, we email you a tracking link. Search your inbox for Home Secure, and check your spam or junk folder too. Tap the tracking link to see where your parcel is.
If you created an account when you ordered, you can also sign in to see your orders.
2. When to expect it

3. Still need an update? Email us
Email info@homesecureshop.co.uk with your order number (it starts with # and is in your order confirmation email). Our online team will check it and reply by email.
Please email rather than call about online orders. Our phone line and trade counter look after product advice and counter customers, and the counter team can't see online orders, so email is the quickest way to get an answer.
Returning something?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Made-to-order keys and keyed alike or built-to-code locks can't be returned. See our returns policy for how to send items back.
